1. Definitions

  • “Equipment” refers to laptops, desktops, printers, servers, and any other devices rented or leased from us.

  • “Services” refers to IT rentals, leasing, Device as a Service (DaaS), support, delivery, and all related offerings.

2. Service Agreement

By renting or leasing equipment from NextZen IT Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration or booking.

  • Use the equipment only for legal and ethical purposes.

  • Comply with all terms outlined in this document.

The company reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any service request.

3. Rental & Leasing Terms

a. Rental Duration

The rental period begins on the date of equipment delivery and ends on the agreed return date.

b. Pricing & Billing

  • All rental charges must be paid as per the agreed invoice terms.

  • Late payments may incur penalties.

  • Taxes, delivery charges, and security deposits (if applicable) will be specified in the final invoice.

c. Security Deposit

For certain equipment, a refundable security deposit may be required. The deposit will be refunded after equipment verification.

4. Equipment Usage

You agree to:

  • Handle the equipment with care.

  • Not modify, repair, or tamper with any device without approval.

  • Use the equipment only for intended business or operational purposes.

  • Ensure equipment is kept safe and secure at all times.

You are responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.

  • Loss or theft of the rented equipment.

  • Any software or data installed on the device during rental.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Equipment will be delivered to the address provided by you.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on availability and location.

  • At the end of the rental period, the equipment must be returned in the same condition (normal wear and tear accepted).

  • Pickup will be arranged by our logistics team.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

a. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.

b. Refunds

  • Refunds for deposits or advance payments will be processed only after equipment verification.

  • Damage or missing parts may lead to deductions from the deposit.

7. Maintenance & Support

  • NextZen IT Services provides technical support for all rented equipment.

  • In case of hardware failure, we will repair or replace the device as per availability.

  • Issues arising from physical damage or misuse are not covered.

8. Ownership

All rented or leased equipment remains the property of NextZen IT Services.
Clients receive temporary usage rights but no ownership rights.

9. Liability

NextZen IT Services is not liable for:

  • Loss of data on rented equipment

  • Business losses resulting from service interruptions

  • Delays caused by logistics, third-party providers, or unforeseen circumstances

Our liability is limited strictly to the rental/service fee paid for the affected period.

10. Privacy & Data Security

Any information collected from you will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their data is backed up

  • Removing confidential information before returning devices

11. Compliance

Clients must ensure that equipment is used in compliance with:

  • Local, state, and national laws

  • Business or industry regulatory requirements

Any illegal use will result in suspension of services.

12. Termination of Services

NextZen IT Services may terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Equipment is misused or damaged

  • Terms of this agreement are violated

Upon termination, all rented equipment must be returned immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
