Warranty Made Clear – Know Your Coverage, Claims, and Support.

At NextZen IT Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality, fully functional IT equipment for all your rental and leasing needs. Our Warranty Policy ensures that you receive reliable devices and prompt support throughout your rental period.

1. Warranty Coverage

All equipment rented or leased from NextZen IT Services is covered under a service warranty for the duration of the rental period. This includes:

  • Hardware functionality

  • Performance issues

  • Manufacturer-related defects

  • Normal wear and tear

If any device experiences issues during your rental/lease term, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost (subject to availability).

2. What the Warranty DOES NOT Cover

The warranty does not apply to issues arising from:

  • Physical damage, drops, or intentional misuse

  • Liquid damage

  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering

  • Damage due to power fluctuations or improper electrical setup

  • Theft or loss of equipment

  • Software-related issues caused by the client

  • Viruses, malware, or unauthorized software installations

Any repair or replacement costs caused by the above conditions will be charged to the client.

3. Replacement Policy

If a device fails due to a covered defect:

  • We will provide a quick replacement unit, depending on availability.

  • If an exact configuration is not available, a comparable configuration will be provided.

  • For large deployments, on-site support may be arranged if required.

4. Repair Services

In cases where the equipment can be repaired:

  • Our technicians will diagnose and fix the issue.

  • If on-site repair is not possible, the device may be picked up for servicing.

  • Temporary backup equipment may be provided upon request (subject to stock availability).

5. Client Responsibilities

During the rental period, clients must:

  • Handle equipment with care

  • Use the devices only for their intended purpose

  • Maintain proper electrical and environmental conditions

  • Report issues immediately to avoid further damage

  • Not attempt self-repair or third-party repair

6. Device Return Condition

When returning equipment:

  • Devices must be free from physical damage

  • All accessories (chargers, cables, peripherals) must be returned

  • Any missing or damaged components may incur charges

Normal wear and tear is acceptable and covered under warranty.

8. Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only during the rental or leasing term.
Once the equipment is returned, warranty coverage ends immediately.

NextZen IT Services reserves the right to deny warranty claims for devices damaged due to misuse or negligence.
